Soboms Nigeria Ltd is a Private Company Incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission on 26thMarch, 2018 with RC No. 1482267. It is a Multi-discipline corporate entity that provides inter alia“advisory and management consultancy services by providing organizations (whether government or private) with ideas, plans, strategy, information, personnel and all assistance suited to establishing proper or improved administration and management” to achieve their vision. The Company’s core and primary focus in achieving its mandate to her clients is by providing Advisory, Consultancy, Logistics, Services and Trading. It carries on these functions in the name of the Company or through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) specially registered as businesses. Soboms leverages on the CEO’s exposures to the broad spectrum of Development Financing ranging from Agriculture, MSME, Power, Aviation, Infrastructure Financing, etc. and the enormous network of professionals known over 30years. This puts the Company on a vantage position to deliver on projects and programmes.
